We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Manager to join our team and spearhead the acquisition of franchisees for our innovative BachatCoins loyalty program. As a Franchise Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of merchants, driving business growth, and establishing strong partnerships across various industries.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analysis Franchise Development:
    1. Identify potential franchise opportunities and target markets for expansion.
    2. Develop strategic plans and initiatives to attract, recruit, and onboard new franchisees.
    3. Conduct market research and analysis to assess market viability and competition.
    4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and materials to attract potential franchisees.
  2. Franchisee Acquisition:
    1. Prospect and engage with potential franchisees through networking, outreach, and relationship building.
    2. Present the benefits and advantages of joining the BachatCoins program to prospective franchisees.
    3. Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations with potential franchisees to secure partnerships.
    4. Facilitate the application and onboarding process for new franchisees, ensuring a smooth transition into the program.
  3. Training and Support:

    2. Serve as a primary point of contact for franchisees, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing ongoing assistance and guidance as needed.
    3. Organize regular training sessions, webinars, and workshops to enhance franchisee knowledge and skills.
  4. Relationship Management:
    1. Foster strong relationships with franchisees, serving as a trusted advisor and partner in their business success.
    2. Regularly communicate with franchisees to gather feedback, address issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
    3. Collaborate with internal teams to relay franchisee feedback and insights, informing product enhancements and program updates.
  5. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    1. Monitor and analyze franchisee performance metrics, including sales growth, customer acquisition, and retention rates.
    2. Prepare regular reports and presentations to management, outlining franchisee performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.
    3. Develop strategies and action plans to address any challenges or areas for improvement identified through performance.

Qualifications:
