District Franchise Manager

Overview:

We are in search of a motivated and goal-oriented District Franchise Manager to spearhead the expansion of our BachatCoins program by identifying and onboarding merchants and gift stores within designated districts. As a District Franchise Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing partnerships, driving business growth, and enhancing the reach of our innovative loyalty program.

Responsibilities:

  1. Merchant Acquisition:
    1. Identify and prospect potential merchants and gift stores within the district to join the BachatCoins program.
    2. Conduct market research to identify key industry sectors and high-potential locations for merchant onboarding.
    3. Develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives to attract, recruit, and onboard new merchants.
    4. Build and maintain relationships with merchants, demonstrating the value proposition of the BachatCoins program and addressing any concerns or objections.
  2. Onboarding Process:
    1. Facilitate the onboarding process for new merchants, including contract negotiations, paperwork, and training on program features and benefits.
    2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of merchants into the BachatCoins platform, including setup of POS systems and access to promotional materials.
    3. Provide ongoing support and assistance to merchants throughout the onboarding process, addressing any issues or questions that may arise.
  3. Relationship Management:
    1. Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants, building and maintaining strong relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
    2. Conduct regular check-ins and site visits with merchants to assess satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
    3. Collaborate with merchants to develop joint marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive program participation and customer engagement.
  4. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    1. Monitor and track merchant performance metrics, including sales growth, customer acquisition, and redemption rates.
    2. Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting key insights, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
    3. Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance merchant engagement and program effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in sales, business development, or franchise management role, preferably within the retail or hospitality industry.
  3. Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with merchants.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  6. Knowledge of local market dynamics and familiarity with merchant acquisition processes.
